Welcome! I’m Corinne, a certified speech-language pathologist (CCC-SLP) and former elementary and middle school teacher. My passion for speech and language ignited while I was teaching second grade in Detroit. After pivoting to a position teaching English language learners at a public school in Hamtramck, I ultimately returned to my studies for a second graduate degree where I was awarded the prestigious national American Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation scholarship and successfully defended a master’s thesis on the science of speech.
My background teaching in Michigan’s public schools has built my rich understanding of what students are expected to know and be able to do academically throughout the school years and has formed my robust time and behavior management skills in working with individuals and small groups with warmth and efficiency.
In my career as an SLP, I have served children ages 2-13 in public district and charter schools across Wayne and Macomb counties. My areas of expertise include speech sound disorders, language delay, dyslexia, autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities. I have a unique passion for integrating reading and writing into therapy in a meaningful, results-driven manner.

A Few Areas of Focus:
Early Intervention
If your young child isn't hitting speech and language milestones — or your gut is telling you something is off — early intervention can make a real difference. We provide private, in-home evaluation and therapy for children showing signs of language delays, late talking, or difficulty with speech clarity or fluency. We bring expert care directly to your family without waitlists or referrals. Our unique coaching program will equip you to help your child flourish.
Dyslexia
If your school-age child is struggling with reading, writing, or spelling despite effort and instruction, dyslexia may be the reason. Our practice is equipped to appropriately diagnose and treat reading and writing challenges. We provide comprehensive evaluations and individualized in-home literacy therapy targeting the underlying language skills that school providers, including SLPs, often don't have the time or bandwidth to address.
Autism/ADHD
Families who have been through the school system or long outpatient waitlists know that timely, individualized therapy can be hard to find. We work with neurodivergent children, in particular those with autism and ADHD, on the communication and language skills that matter most to your child and family’s wellbeing: language fundamentals, social communication, processing, and self-expression, in your own home.
